Stakeholders and engagement mechanisms

The Company’s principal stakeholders are: employees, shareholders and investors, business partners, local groupings (including regional and local governments, the population and NGOs), stakeholders at the federal level, and international organizations. This range of the Company’s stakeholders was defined based on the intensity of engagement, the importance of taking their interests into account, the level of mutual influence.
