Born on April 23, 1950.

He graduated from Kalinin’s Polytechnic Institute in Leningrad.

He held senior positions in the Property Management Department of Russian President, worked as Advisor to the Minister of Information Technology and Telecommunications of the Russian Federation, deputy director for PR and Communications of OJSC “Siberian Coal Energy Company” (SUEK), director of GR and Remuneration department of OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel.

Since March 2010 - Deputy General Director, in charge of  Government Relations, Social and Corporate Policy.
